CISA Conference 2017 to be held in Canberra this July

The 7th annual Council of International Students Australia (CISA) National Conference will be held in Canberra from 3 to 6 July 2017.

The conference brings together international student representatives from across Australia to share their experience of studying in Australia and aims to help them find their voice, to challenge and shape their future, and to be effective advocates for a quality international student experience.

The conference also welcomes education, government and business representatives to engage with students and work with CISA to improve international education and the student experience in Australia.

This year’s conference theme is “Students at the Heart of Best Practices”.

As the conference is being held in the nation’s capital, this is an opportunity for international student leaders, key stakeholders and the Australian Government to closely collaborate on current international student issues.

The ACT Government is proudly supporting this event, with the Minister for Higher Education, Training and Research to officially open the conference at the welcome reception hosted by Study Canberra on Tuesday 4 July at the National Convention Centre.

CISA extends a warm invitation to all international students studying in Australia to attend the 2017 conference and be part of this conversation.

The full conference program and delegate details can be found on the CISA Website
